This is a BPMN of a pricing request. In the above process, we have two actors interacting with each other. The first actor is the Sales department and the second is Jim Durr from the Purchasing department. Basically the sales department requests a quote from Jim, he then calculates discounts and order size and sends a quote back to sales. Sales then evalutates the quote and either accepts or asks Jim to recalculate using a different supplier.
